Find the perfect flat for September 2024
We accept to rent our apartments for 5 or 10 months, which is not really common in Budapest. But we are renting our apartment exclusively for Erasmus students so we know their specific needs.
We speak fluently English and French, and a bit German and Italian. Communication is easier and make your research more relaxed. All documents are written in English so you understand everything.
We are renting apartments since 10 years in Budapest. We are not a real estate agency. We are a consulting firm for French investors and we rent their flats. Videos of the apartment available on request
All the apartments have been renovated the last years. We personally did the home design of all the interiors. We are maintaining the flats every year when needed (fresh painting, new home linen, replacing equipment etc...)
You don't have to bring anything! We provide bed linen and towels. The kitchen got everything you need to cook. Washing machine and dishwasher are in every apartment. Internet is available
All the apartments we are renting are located in the city center of Budapest. Metro or tramway stations are always close by so you can reach your university really easily.
French installed in Budapest since 2012, we created our consulting firm for French real estate investor in 2013. Since then, we rent few apartments of our investors, and some of our personal ones. We take care of the renovations of the apartment and the home design. So we personally invest a lot of time, and passion into the apartments. We want to find tenants who will take care of them and enjoy them.
